The service is outstanding the beach is pristine clean, and a short stroll away. The whole property stands in huge well maintained grounds. This is definitely a family hotel for relaxing in, with limited night life outside the hotel. There are four excellent restaurants and some shacks right next to the hotel where the food is excellent and cheap. Even when the hotel is full it never seems crowded so there is no rush for sunbeds by the pool. Hotel Las Palmas Zihuatanejo can be described as world class luxury, with a stunning location backed by the jungle and sitting on a huge stretch of deserted sandy beach which stretches for miles on either side pounded by the Pacific Ocean surf. Quiet and secluded this is a real getaway destination for adults only and would make a good honeymoon choice. A very attractive and well designed resort with thatched roofs. The high ceilings let the cooling ocean breezes fan you. The Anassa Hotel in Latchi in Cyprus could best be described as classic luxury. It has 177 rooms and overlooks possibly the best beach in Cyprus.Approached at night it is spectacular and has a classical Greek feel to it. There are four good restaurants, an infinity pool, and a quite magnificent Thalassa Spa. It is a short taxi ride to Latchi and local tavernas. The rooms are all extremely spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable, all with good balconies with splendid views, and marble everywhere. If like many others you don't like what Paphos has become, this is a real escape from the pubs, karaoke, and neon lights. The staff are quite outstanding and helpful, always with a smile. This is a hotel which is spacious enough never to feel crowded even when full, and some of the views are really lovely.
