For the first of our beautiful vacation places we are bound for the Atlantic coast of Morocco

Ksar Massa is a classical boutique hotel with only 16 rooms on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, hidden away in the Sousse Massa National Park, on the Atlantic coast of Morocco The coastline here is stunning with the Atlantic breakers on the rocks and beaches. One of the loveliest things about it is the fact that it is off the beaten track, well hidden right on the water's edge behind big walls. It is an oasis of greenery with three sides open to the sea and a pool in the middle. The rooms are furnished in bright Moroccan colours, and they are huge, all with terraces. Food is a major feature of the Ksar Massa. Dinners are a set menu, lunches and breakfasts are served under a thatched gazebo on the terrace facing the sea. Lunch is much more a buffet style pick and mix. All the meals are very much Moroccan in style with fish definitely a feature, and mini sweet tagines stuffed with figs, apricots, honey, all appear at breakfast.You should take binoculars and take the opportunity to see some of the amazing wildlife in Sousse Massa National Park.This is a very nice luxury boutique hotel complete with lovely hamman, and is the ideal escape from reality.

For the second of our beautiful vacation places we are going to New Caledonia in the South West Pacific

Le Meridien Ile des Pins is on the Island of Pines south of New Caledonia in the South Pacific, probably one of the most beautiful places on earth. It sits next to the stunningly beautiful Oro Bay, which has a beautiful and spectacularly turquoise coloured lagoon, and powder white sand beach. As a spectacular honeymoon destination it is without equal. If you don't mind slow laid back service, and the lack of inexpensive internet facilities, and the fact that expense makes mobile phone use inadvisable, but you love colour and beautiful scenery then you'll love it. The 49 deluxe rooms and suites, are all well equipped and roomy. La Pirogue restaurant offers French/Melanesian cuisine featuring fresh, island produce including just caught seafood and handpicked herbs from the garden. You would not come here for the food, if it can't be caught or grown here has to be imported. Put another way, the food quality is unpredictable, and is expensive. You should just enjoy the views. Go exploring, and even more understand how spectacularly beautiful the Isle of Pines is. For the third of our beautiful vacation places we travel to Mexico

Esencia Playa del Carmen Yucatan Peninsula Mexico is an amazingly beautiful, and very stylish place to have a vacation. This place is near perfection, where you will be not only pampered but feel appreciated by the outstanding staff at the resort. This definitely one of the very best places to stay in the Mexican Caribbean with your children, as there are house butlers, nannies, lots of activities, next to a stunning beach. The rate includes breakfast, and this isn't any ordinary hotel buffet breakfast, because you order it from the extensive menu, and it is delivered in some style to your extremely comfortable and large suite. There is a coffee service straight to your suite, with nice pastries, at any time you want. It is nice to sit on your terrace and devour it. Dinner is in the garden restaurant, and the menu has considerable choices, including about six desserts, with a lot of fish. There isn't a problem to get a sun lounger on the beach, and they are padded too!! Drinks service is on the beach as well, and as far as the beach itself is concerned it has to be close to one of the best anywhere. White sand, incredibly clear water in all of the shades of blue green and turquoise that you only get on a tropical vacation. There are a few rocks, but all in all it is good for swimming right next to the hotel. Many things about Esencia are special, but the service is really very good indeed. The staff seemed to have the ability to be there, but totally unobtrusive. The lovely golden sandy beaches are unspoiled and empty, and there is so much for children to do and enjoy in perfect safety. Gower, a strenuous walk, not a mountain climb, with plenty other hiking trails and bush walks.
