Whilst we loved the Indian Ocean Lodge  Seychelles on the island of Praslin, you have to be careful when you visit.  From May until December because of the prevailing wind you may find the beach covered in washed up seaweed.

 

Apart from this we found the hotel in a beautiful situation, it was very intimate, and quite sumptious.

It was completely made over a number of years ago, which has obviously made a huge difference.

 

The situation on Grand Anse is almost perfect, because it is a huge beach of powder white sand.

The main memory I shall bring home are the four poster beds, and the enormous showers with double heads, and tons of water!!

 

This is not to forget the unforgettable views from the balcony, and the high quality catering.

 

Please note the hotel is next to a small village, and it is very easy to pop on the local bus.

 

We loved it, go and try it for yourself
