It is three minutes drive up the side of the valley in the hamlet of La Turche, where the local ski lift connects to all the ski runs of Les Gets and all the pistes in the Portes du Soleil. In fact the ski lift is less than 100 yards away so you won’t need to use any transport.

At the Ferme de Montagne your children will be well taken care of by the hotel’s own free ski guide, if you have babies there is a crèche, and you can join the children without all the hassles you had before because all of that will have been taken care of for you , by the highly skilled and motivated staff. If your children ski anyway then you won’t see them all day because they will have been skiing all day, they will be fed a superb gourmet dinner before the adults, and will almost certainly be in an exhausted sleep early!!

Even with these little touches you will feel indulged, but there is so much more for everyone on this luxury French family skiing holiday, because the Ferme de Montagne excels in lots of other ways. The bedrooms  are hugely comfortable with deep wide baths to soak in, and tons of instant hot water. The children are accommodated up in the eaves because rooms are spread over two floors, so they don’t waken anyone in the mornings.
